TLP3214 is a high-speed photorelay suitable for high-speed testers and high-frequency measurement devices. It combines a photomosfet and an infrared emitting diode using optical coupling. It is designed with low C×R and low on-resistance to ensure reliable switching of high-frequency signals. It is mainly used as a replacement for mechanical relays and is suitable for switching elements in high-speed testers.
